Don’t forget our next shoot on 22nd November, being our Christmas shoot with a BBQ lunch provided, cooked of course by Fitzy our 4 star chef. There will be some interesting .22 competitions run, with prizes including a ham and turkey breast up for grabs so mark it on your calendars so you don’t miss out on a fun afternoon.
A reminder also of our general meeting at Mylestom Hall (River St Mylestom) on Wednesday 25th Nov starting at 7.00pm. This is a COVID Safe meeting with plenty of room, and hand sanitiser will be provided. Unfortunately we won’t have Skype or Zoom facilities, but will aim to have these for our Annual General Meeting in February.
It’s good to be back! There were 2 matches shot today 27th September, the R O Davies Shield (light barrel) and the Gleniffer Shield (off the elbows, no supports allowed).
Some good scores were posted in the RO Davies match…
Fitzy was disqualified for shooting 1 target twice and writing naughty swear words on his target.
The Gleniffer Shield sorted out the pretenders…
The next shoot is Sunday 1st November, with round 2 of the Ladies’ and Juniors’ Competitions.
